K\u0101 zi\u0146o Latvijas Av\u012bze, \u0161\u012bs izmai\u0146as ir \u012bpa\u0161i noz\u012bm\u012bgas R\u012bg\u0101 un cit\u0101s pils\u0113t\u0101s, kur\u0101s kurs\u0113 tramvaji, autobusi un trolejbusi. L\u012bdz \u0161im priek\u0161roka bie\u017ei vien tika asoci\u0113ta tikai ar tramvajiem, ta\u010du tagad \u0161\u012bs privil\u0113\u0123ijas attiecas ar\u012b uz autobusiem un trolejbusiem, ja tie p\u0101rvietojas pa tramvaja slie\u017eu ce\u013cu kl\u0101tni.<\/p>\n<p>\u0160ie groz\u012bjumi paredz, ka pasa\u017eieru sabiedriskajiem transportl\u012bdzek\u013ciem, kas brauc pa tramvaja slie\u017eu ce\u013ca kl\u0101tni, ir priek\u0161roka, \u0161\u0137\u0113rsojot bezslie\u017eu transportl\u012bdzek\u013cu brauktuvi \u0101rpus krustojumiem (CSN 69. punkts). Tas noz\u012bm\u0113, ka autovad\u012bt\u0101jiem b\u016bs r\u016bp\u012bg\u0101k j\u0101pl\u0101no savi manevri un j\u0101\u0146em v\u0113r\u0101 jaunie noteikumi, lai nodro\u0161in\u0101tu satiksmes pl\u016bstam\u012bbu un dro\u0161\u012bbu. \u0160\u012bs izmai\u0146as jau tiek iek\u013cautas autoskolu teorijas un praktiskajos eks\u0101menos, uzsverot to noz\u012bm\u012bgumu ikvienam autovad\u012bt\u0101jam.<\/p>\n<p>M\u0113r\u0137is \u2013 efekt\u012bv\u0101ka un dro\u0161\u0101ka sabiedrisk\u0101 transporta kust\u012bba<\/p>\n<p>Satiksmes ministrijas ieskat\u0101, \u0161o groz\u012bjumu galvenais m\u0113r\u0137is ir uzlabot sabiedrisk\u0101 transporta kust\u012bbas efektivit\u0101ti un samazin\u0101t kav\u0113jumus. Tas nodro\u0161in\u0101s pl\u016bsto\u0161\u0101ku satiksmi un mazin\u0101s nevajadz\u012bgas st\u0101vvietas krustojumos un pieturviet\u0101s. Papildus ieviesti ar\u012b aizliegumi trauc\u0113t sabiedrisk\u0101 transporta kust\u012bbu, kas pal\u012bdz\u0113s nov\u0113rst b\u012bstamas situ\u0101cijas un palielin\u0101t kop\u0113jo satiksmes dro\u0161\u012bbu. K\u0101 nor\u0101da Ce\u013cu satiksmes dro\u0161\u012bbas direkcijas (CSDD) valdes priek\u0161s\u0113d\u0113t\u0101js Aivars Aksenoks, \u0161\u0101das izmai\u0146as ir svar\u012bgas, lai piel\u0101gotu satiksmes noteikumus m\u016bsdienu transportl\u012bdzek\u013cu un p\u0101rvieto\u0161an\u0101s l\u012bdzek\u013cu att\u012bst\u012bbai.<\/p>\n<p>Noteikumi paredz ar\u012b jaunus luksoforus ar baltiem sign\u0101liem, kas \u012bpa\u0161i paredz\u0113ti sabiedriskajam transportam. \u0160ie luksofori \u013caus sabiedriskajam transportam p\u0101rvietoties neatkar\u012bgi no kop\u0113j\u0101s satiksmes pl\u016bsmas, uzlabojot t\u0101 regularit\u0101ti un dro\u0161\u012bbu. \u0160\u012b iniciat\u012bva ir da\u013ca no pla\u0161\u0101kiem pas\u0101kumiem, lai padar\u012btu sabiedrisko transportu pievilc\u012bg\u0101ku un \u0113rt\u0101ku ikdienas lietot\u0101jiem.<\/p>\n<p>Plaisas izmai\u0146as mikromobilit\u0101tes jom\u0101 un g\u0101j\u0113ju aizsardz\u012bb\u0101<\/p>\n<p>Vienlaikus ar sabiedrisk\u0101 transporta priorit\u0101\u0161u papla\u0161in\u0101\u0161anu, notiku\u0161as ar\u012b b\u016btiskas izmai\u0146as mikromobilit\u0101tes jom\u0101. Groz\u012bjumi Ce\u013cu satiksmes noteikumos, kas st\u0101j\u0101s sp\u0113k\u0101 2026. gada 1. apr\u012bl\u012b, paredz stingr\u0101kus ierobe\u017eojumus elektroskrejrite\u0146u un velosip\u0113du vad\u012bt\u0101jiem, \u012bpa\u0161u uzman\u012bbu piev\u0113r\u0161ot g\u0101j\u0113ju aizsardz\u012bbai. Viens no galvenajiem jaunin\u0101jumiem ir aizliegums p\u0101rvietoties ar pa\u0161g\u0101j\u0113ju velosip\u0113du pa ietv\u0113m. T\u0101pat preciz\u0113ta p\u0101rvieto\u0161an\u0101s k\u0101rt\u012bba ar sporta un atp\u016btas invent\u0101ru, piem\u0113ram, skritu\u013cd\u0113\u013ciem vai monoriteniem, lai mazin\u0101tu konfliktus ar citiem satiksmes dal\u012bbniekiem.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cAr \u0161iem groz\u012bjumiem noteikumos m\u0113s ievie\u0161am skaidr\u0101ku un saprotam\u0101ku k\u0101rt\u012bbu da\u017e\u0101du p\u0101rvieto\u0161an\u0101s r\u012bku ikdienas izmanto\u0161an\u0101,\u201d uzsver satiksmes ministrs Atis \u0160vinka. \u201cM\u0113r\u0137is ir l\u012bdzsvarot visu satiksmes dal\u012bbnieku intereses, \u012bpa\u0161i aizsarg\u0101jot g\u0101j\u0113jus \u2013 b\u0113rnus un seniorus, sak\u0101rtot p\u0101rvieto\u0161anos pa ietv\u0113m pils\u0113t\u0101s un veicin\u0101t cie\u0146pilnu p\u0101rvieto\u0161an\u0101s kult\u016bru kopum\u0101.\u201d Lai uzlabotu dro\u0161\u012bbu, velosip\u0113du vad\u012bt\u0101jiem, kas jaun\u0101ki par 17 gadiem, oblig\u0101ti j\u0101lieto aizspr\u0101dz\u0113ta aizsarg\u0137ivere.<\/p>\n<p>Pa\u0161g\u0101j\u0113ju velosip\u0113diem jauni re\u0123istr\u0101cijas un OCTA noteikumi<\/p>\n<p>No 2026. gada 1. febru\u0101ra pa\u0161g\u0101j\u0113ju velosip\u0113diem, kuru jauda nep\u0101rsniedz 1 kW un maksim\u0101lais \u0101trums ir l\u012bdz 25 km\/h, ir noteikta oblig\u0101ta re\u0123istr\u0101cija un nepiecie\u0161ama OCTA (oblig\u0101t\u0101 civiltiesisk\u0101s atbild\u012bbas apdro\u0161in\u0101\u0161ana). Tas noz\u012bm\u0113, ka ar\u012b \u0161iem transportl\u012bdzek\u013ciem j\u0101b\u016bt re\u0123istr\u0113tiem CSDD un j\u0101b\u016bt apdro\u0161in\u0101tiem, l\u012bdz\u012bgi k\u0101 citiem transportl\u012bdzek\u013ciem. Vairums pa\u0161g\u0101j\u0113ju velosip\u0113du ir re\u0123istr\u0113jami att\u0101lin\u0101ti CSDD e-pakalpojumos, ta\u010du atsevi\u0161\u0137os gad\u012bjumos var b\u016bt nepiecie\u0161ama re\u0123istr\u0101cija kl\u0101tien\u0113 k\u0101d\u0101 no CSDD klientu apkalpo\u0161anas centriem. \u0160\u012bs izmai\u0146as paredz\u0113tas, lai uzlabotu satiksmes dro\u0161\u012bbu un veicin\u0101tu atbild\u012bgu mikromobilit\u0101tes l\u012bdzek\u013cu lieto\u0161anu.<\/p>\n<p>Komerci\u0101lajiem pakalpojumu sniedz\u0113jiem, piem\u0113ram, koplieto\u0161anas braucamr\u012bku nom\u0101t\u0101jiem, no 2026. gada 1. apr\u012b\u013ca ir pien\u0101kums pirms pakalpojuma snieg\u0161anas aplik\u0101cij\u0101 veikt brauc\u0113ja rea\u0123\u0113\u0161anas sp\u0113ju p\u0101rbaudi, lai kontrol\u0113tu alkohola vai citu apreibino\u0161o vielu ietekmi. T\u0101pat j\u0101p\u0101rbauda transportl\u012bdzek\u013ca vad\u012b\u0161anas ties\u012bbu esam\u012bba.<\/p>\n<p>Citas b\u016btiskas izmai\u0146as ce\u013cu satiksm\u0113<\/p>\n<p>Papildus min\u0113tajiem jaunin\u0101jumiem, CSN groz\u012bjumi paredz ar\u012b citas svar\u012bgas izmai\u0146as. T\u0101pat ir preciz\u0113ta k\u0101rt\u012bba attiec\u012bb\u0101 uz person\u0101m ar invalidit\u0101ti, sv\u012btrojot vecuma ierobe\u017eojumu inval\u012bdu st\u0101vvietu kartes sa\u0146em\u0161anai un dodot pa\u0161vald\u012bb\u0101m ties\u012bbas izsniegt \u012bpa\u0161as at\u013caujas p\u0101rvieto\u0161anai pa ietv\u0113m un velosip\u0113du ce\u013ciem, lai piek\u013c\u016btu dz\u012bvesvietai.
