Viena dz\u012bvojam\u0101 m\u0101ja ir pabeigta un dr\u012bzum\u0101 tiks iz\u012br\u0113ta (58 dz\u012bvok\u013ci), savuk\u0101rt visa projekta un otr\u0101s m\u0101jas b\u016bvniec\u012bbu ir pl\u0101nots pabeigt l\u012bdz 2026. gada 30. j\u016bnijam.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;\u0160is projekts pier\u0101da, ka priv\u0101tais sektors sp\u0113j b\u016bt valsts att\u012bst\u012bbas partneris. Projekts ir noz\u012bm\u012bgs ne tikai Jelgavai, bet visai Latvijai. Pieejams, kvalitat\u012bvs un energoefekt\u012bvs m\u0101joklis ir pamatnosac\u012bjums gan ekonomikas izaugsmei, gan valsts dro\u0161\u012bbai. Dz\u012bvok\u013ci atbilst augstiem energoefektivit\u0101tes standartiem, nodro\u0161inot zem\u0101kas ekspluat\u0101cijas izmaksas.<\/p>\n<p>\u0112ka b\u016bv\u0113ta, izmantojot r\u016bpnieciski ra\u017eotas koka karkasa konstrukcijas, kas izgatavotas SIA &#8220;ReBalt Modular Systems&#8221; ra\u017eotn\u0113 Tukum\u0101.
