Galven\u0101s priorit\u0101tes ir valsts dro\u0161\u012bba, atbalsts \u0123imen\u0113m ar b\u0113rniem un kvalitat\u012bva izgl\u012bt\u012bba. \u0160\u012bm jom\u0101m kopum\u0101 paredz\u0113ts papildu finans\u0113jums vair\u0101k nek\u0101 693 miljonu eiro apm\u0113r\u0101 . \u0160o l\u012bdzek\u013cu nodro\u0161in\u0101\u0161anai ir veikta ministriju b\u0101zes izdevumu p\u0101rskat\u012b\u0161ana, radot ietaup\u012bjumu 233 miljonu eiro apm\u0113r\u0101, un pl\u0101nots turpin\u0101t izdevumu samazin\u0101jumu ar\u012b n\u0101kamajos gados .<\/p>\n<p>Valsts dro\u0161\u012bbas stiprin\u0101\u0161anai, \u0146emot v\u0113r\u0101 \u0123eopolitisko situ\u0101ciju, n\u0101kamgad papildus pl\u0101nots novirz\u012bt 448,3 miljonus eiro . \u0160ie ieguld\u012bjumi stiprin\u0101s valsts aizsardz\u012bbas sp\u0113jas, palielin\u0101s iedz\u012bvot\u0101ju dro\u0161\u012bbu pret \u0101r\u0113jiem draudiem un uzlabos robe\u017eu infrastrukt\u016bru. T\u0101pat 3 miljoni eiro tiks novirz\u012bti pierobe\u017eas pa\u0161vald\u012bb\u0101m dro\u0161\u012bbas stiprin\u0101\u0161anai .<\/p>\n<p>Atbalsts \u0123imen\u0113m ar b\u0113rniem ir viena no centr\u0101laj\u0101m t\u0113m\u0101m bud\u017eet\u0101. Tam paredz\u0113ts papildu finans\u0113jums 94 miljonu eiro apm\u0113r\u0101 . Tas ietver materi\u0101l\u0101 atbalsta pilnveido\u0161anu, vec\u0101ku pabalsta saglab\u0101\u0161anu 75% apm\u0113r\u0101 str\u0101d\u0101jo\u0161iem vec\u0101kiem, k\u0101 ar\u012b m\u0101tes un b\u0113rna vesel\u012bbas uzlabo\u0161anu. T\u0101pat pl\u0101nots paaugstin\u0101t adopcijas pabalstu un atl\u012bdz\u012bbu par aizbild\u0146a pien\u0101kumu veik\u0161anu, k\u0101 ar\u012b paredz\u0113tas soci\u0101l\u0101s garantijas nestr\u0101d\u0101jo\u0161iem aizbild\u0146iem .<\/p>\n<p>Ekonomisk\u0101s prognozes un izaugsme<\/p>\n<p>Latvijas ekonomikas att\u012bst\u012bba 2026. gad\u0101 tiek prognoz\u0113ta k\u0101 pak\u0101peniska nostiprin\u0101\u0161an\u0101s. Ekonomikas ministrija prognoz\u0113, ka iek\u0161zemes kopprodukta (IKP) pieaugums 2025. gad\u0101 var\u0113tu b\u016bt aptuveni 1,6%, savuk\u0101rt 2026. gad\u0101 tas var\u0113tu sasniegt 2,2% . Latvijas Banka sav\u0101s prognoz\u0113s nor\u0101da uz v\u0113l liel\u0101ku IKP pieaugumu \u2013 2025. gad\u0101 3,6% un 2026. gad\u0101 3,8%, ko veicin\u0101s invest\u012bciju pieaugums gan valsts, gan priv\u0101taj\u0101 sektor\u0101 .<\/p>\n<p>Lai gan infl\u0101cijas prognozes ir sam\u0113r\u0101 stabilas, tuv\u0101kajos gados t\u0101 tiek prognoz\u0113ta ap 2% . Tom\u0113r j\u0101atz\u012bm\u0113, ka Latvijas infl\u0101cija august\u0101 2025. gad\u0101 bija augst\u0101ka nek\u0101 vid\u0113ji eirozon\u0101, sasniedzot 4,1% . Lai mazin\u0101tu cenu k\u0101puma ietekmi uz maz\u0101k aizsarg\u0101tajiem iedz\u012bvot\u0101jiem, no 2026. gada vasaras uz vienu gadu pl\u0101nots noteikt samazin\u0101tu pievienot\u0101s v\u0113rt\u012bbas nodok\u013ca (PVN) likmi 12% apm\u0113r\u0101 maizei, pienam, ol\u0101m un svaigai m\u0101jputnu ga\u013cai .<\/p>\n<p>Ekonomikas ministrija k\u0101 priorit\u0101ti 2026. gada bud\u017eet\u0101 paredz da\u017e\u0101dus atbalsta pas\u0101kumus uz\u0146\u0113m\u0113jdarb\u012bbas konkur\u0113tsp\u0113jas un ekonomisk\u0101s izaugsmes veicin\u0101\u0161anai, invest\u012bciju piesaistei, inov\u0101ciju atbalstam un uz\u0146\u0113mumu eksportsp\u0113jas stiprin\u0101\u0161anai . Ir pl\u0101nots finans\u0113jums aizdevumu programmai lieliem invest\u012bciju projektiem, eksporta un invest\u012bciju piesaistei .<\/p>\n<p>Izmai\u0146as nodok\u013cos un cit\u0101s jom\u0101s<\/p>\n<p>Lai gan pamatnodok\u013ci netiks paaugstin\u0101ti , bud\u017eeta pavado\u0161ajos likumprojektos paredz\u0113tas ar\u012b citas izmai\u0146as. Tiek pl\u0101nots palielin\u0101t autoce\u013cu lieto\u0161anas nodevu un transportl\u012bdzek\u013cu ekspluat\u0101cijas nodokli, kas vid\u0113ji var\u0113tu pieaugt par 10% no 2027. gada . T\u0101pat tiks turpin\u0101ts indeks\u0113t vecuma pensiju da\u013cu un palielin\u0101ts da\u017e\u0101du pabalstu apm\u0113rs .<\/p>\n<p>Bud\u017eeta pie\u0146em\u0161anas process un n\u0101kotnes perspekt\u012bvas<\/p>\n<p>Saeimas deput\u0101tu pirmais las\u012bjums par 2026. gada valsts bud\u017eetu notika 2025. gada 5. novembr\u012b . Lai gan opoz\u012bcijas deput\u0101ti neatbalst\u012bja bud\u017eeta likumprojektu pirmaj\u0101 las\u012bjum\u0101, vair\u0101ki pavado\u0161ie likumprojekti guva atbalstu . Priek\u0161likumi otrajam las\u012bjumam tika iesniegti l\u012bdz 7. novembrim, un gal\u012bgais bud\u017eeta las\u012bjums paredz\u0113ts 3. decembr\u012b .<\/p>\n<p>Bud\u017eeta projekta izstr\u0101des proces\u0101 ir sa\u0146emti vair\u0101k nek\u0101 450 priek\u0161likumi, kas liecina par pla\u0161u interesi un diskusiju par valsts finan\u0161u n\u0101kotni . Lai gan galven\u0101s priorit\u0101tes ir dro\u0161\u012bba, atbalsts \u0123imen\u0113m un izgl\u012bt\u012bba, opoz\u012bcija bud\u017eeta projektu kritiz\u0113, d\u0113v\u0113jot to par &#8220;bankrota bud\u017eetu&#8221; .
