T\u0101s ietvaros tika ieg\u0101d\u0101ti vair\u0101k nek\u0101 6 400 elektroauto, kas veido aptuveni 40% no visiem Latvij\u0101 re\u0123istr\u0113tajiem piln\u012bb\u0101 elektriskajiem transportl\u012bdzek\u013ciem (BEV).<\/p>\n<p>Liela da\u013ca EKII atbalsta tika izmantota k\u0101 pirm\u0101 iemaksa l\u012bzingam, kas bija \u012bpa\u0161i noz\u012bm\u012bgi \u0123imen\u0113m, tostarp daudzb\u0113rnu \u0123imen\u0113m. Tas ne tikai \u013c\u0101va p\u0101riet uz videi draudz\u012bg\u0101ku transportu, bet ar\u012b uz jaun\u0101ku un dro\u0161\u0101ku automa\u0161\u012bnu. Programma bija \u013coti veiksm\u012bga, \u012bpa\u0161i daudzb\u0113rnu \u0123imen\u0113m, un t\u0101s p\u0113ctec\u012bba ir kritiski svar\u012bga, ja Latvija v\u0113las sasniegt uzst\u0101d\u012btos e-mobilit\u0101tes m\u0113r\u0137us.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>Tom\u0113r programmas nosl\u0113g\u0161an\u0101s var rad\u012bt b\u016btisku lejupsl\u012bdi elektroauto tirg\u016b. Auto d\u012bleri un pirc\u0113ji k\u013c\u016bst piesardz\u012bg\u0101ki, un \u012bpa\u0161i negat\u012bvi tas var\u0113tu ietekm\u0113t lietoto BEV segmentu. Nav skaidrs, vai atbalsts tiks atjaunots vien 2026. gad\u0101. L\u012bdz 2025. gada j\u016blijam valst\u012b bija re\u0123istr\u0113ti vair\u0101k nek\u0101 11 000 piln\u012bb\u0101 elektrisko automobi\u013cu, kas ir par 51% vair\u0101k nek\u0101 gadu iepriek\u0161. Kop\u0113jais elektrisko transportl\u012bdzek\u013cu skaits, ieskaitot autobusus, kravas automa\u0161\u012bnas un mop\u0113dus, p\u0101rsniedza 13 000 vien\u012bbu. Jauno automobi\u013cu tirg\u016b elektroauto \u012bpatsvars turpina pieaugt \u2013 2023. gad\u0101 gandr\u012bz katrs desmitais jaunais re\u0123istr\u0113tais auto bija BEV vai spraud\u0146a hibr\u012bds (PHEV).<\/p>\n<p>\u0160ie dati liecina, ka sabiedr\u012bbas interese par elektroauto ir stabila un pieaugo\u0161a tendence, nevis \u012bslaic\u012bga par\u0101d\u012bba. Ta\u010du bez jaunas atbalsta programmas izveides past\u0101v risks, ka \u0161is progress apst\u0101sies. \u012apa\u0161i ciet\u012bs \u0123imenes, kur\u0101m atbalsts bie\u017ei vien bija pirmais solis ce\u013c\u0101 uz elektroauto ieg\u0101di, k\u0101 ar\u012b lietoto BEV segments, kas k\u013c\u016bs maz\u0101k pieejams.<\/p>\n<p>Lai saglab\u0101tu izaugsmes tempu un nodro\u0161in\u0101tu Latvijas konkur\u0113tsp\u0113ju e-mobilit\u0101tes jom\u0101 re\u0123ion\u0101l\u0101 l\u012bmen\u012b, jaun\u0101 atbalsta programma ir j\u0101ievie\u0161 nekav\u0113joties. Ja t\u0101s ievie\u0161ana tiks atlikta l\u012bdz 2026. gadam, past\u0101v b\u016btisks risks zaud\u0113t l\u012bdz\u0161in\u0113jos rezult\u0101tus un pal\u0113nin\u0101t valsts virz\u012bbu uz noteikto klimata m\u0113r\u0137u sasnieg\u0161anu.<\/p>\n<p>Ekspertu v\u0113rt\u0113jums par tirgus n\u0101kotni<\/p>\n<p>L\u012bzinga eksperts Mat\u012bss Janevi\u010ds Dambis uzsver, ka interese par elektroauto Latvij\u0101 ir strauji pieaugusi tie\u0161i p\u0113d\u0113jo piecu gadu laik\u0101. \u201cElektroauto k\u0101 produkts pla\u0161\u0101kai sabiedr\u012bbai k\u013cuvis pieejams sal\u012bdzino\u0161i nesen, un tie\u0161i 2022. gad\u0101, s\u0101koties EKII atbalsta programmai, m\u0113s nov\u0113roj\u0101m b\u016btisku l\u016bzuma punktu cilv\u0113ku izv\u0113l\u0113s par labu elektroauto,\u201d nor\u0101da Dambis.
