Norit akt\u012bvi darbi pie pamattrases, starptautisko staciju, k\u0101 ar\u012b tiltu un p\u0101rvadu izb\u016bves. Igaunij\u0101 b\u016bvniec\u012bbas darbi notiek vair\u0101k nek\u0101 70 kilometru garum\u0101, tostarp pie \u012alemistes stacijas. Latvij\u0101 ir nosl\u0113gti l\u012bgumi par aptuveni 230 kilometru pamattrases izb\u016bvi, un akt\u012bvi darbi norisin\u0101s pie Iecavas, k\u0101 ar\u012b R\u012bgas Centr\u0101laj\u0101 mezgl\u0101 un pie lidostas. Saska\u0146\u0101 ar jaun\u0101kajiem datiem no &#8220;RB Rail&#8221; AS, pirm\u0101s k\u0101rtas izmaksas Baltijas valst\u012bs var\u0113tu sasniegt 14,3 miljardus eiro, no kuriem 5,5 miljardi eiro paredz\u0113ti Latvijai. Kop\u0113j\u0101s projekta izmaksas gan tiek prognoz\u0113tas l\u012bdz pat 23,8 miljardiem eiro. Ir svar\u012bgi atz\u012bm\u0113t, ka l\u012bdz 2025. gada beig\u0101m pl\u0101nots, ka 43% no &#8220;Rail Baltica&#8221; pamattrases b\u016bs gatavi b\u016bvniec\u012bbai vai jau akt\u012bvi att\u012bst\u012bbas stadij\u0101.<\/p>\n<p>Latvijas ap\u0146em\u0161an\u0101s un turpm\u0101kie so\u013ci<\/p>\n<p>Latvijas vald\u012bba stingri turas pie projekta \u012bsteno\u0161anas. Piem\u0113ram, nesen tika pazi\u0146ots par finans\u0113juma risin\u0101jumu &#8220;Rail Baltica&#8221; R\u012bgas Centr\u0101l\u0101s dzelzce\u013ca stacijas b\u016bvdarbiem, t\u0101d\u0113j\u0101di nodro\u0161inot l\u012bdzek\u013cu pieejam\u012bbu paveikto darbu apmaksai. T\u0101pat tiek str\u0101d\u0101ts pie projekta izmaksu optimiz\u0101cijas, mekl\u0113jot veidus, k\u0101 samazin\u0101t izdevumus, nenodarot kait\u0113jumu projekta m\u0113r\u0137iem. Lai gan kop\u0113j\u0101s projekta izmaksas ir iev\u0113rojami pieaugu\u0161as, sasniedzot aptuveni 15,3 miljardus eiro, sal\u012bdzinot ar s\u0101kotn\u0113jiem apr\u0113\u0137iniem (ap 5,8 miljardiem eiro), tas tiek skaidrots ar infl\u0101ciju, projekta apjoma papla\u0161in\u0101\u0161anos un prec\u012bz\u0101ku izmaksu datu apkopo\u0161anu.
