Vi\u0146\u0161 min, ka, balstoties uz Sabiedrisk\u0101 transporta att\u012bst\u012bbas koncepciju 2021.-2030. gadam, pl\u0101notais mar\u0161rutu t\u012bkla pasa\u017eieru p\u0101rvad\u0101jumiem ar autobusiem apm\u0113rs bija ap 71 miljonu kilometru gad\u0101, savuk\u0101rt eso\u0161ais mar\u0161ruta t\u012bkla apm\u0113rs ir samazin\u0101ts l\u012bdz 66 miljoniem kilometru.<\/p>\n<p>Vi\u0146\u0161 piebilst, ka n\u0101kamaj\u0101 gad\u0101 pl\u0101notais mar\u0161ruta t\u012bkla apm\u0113rs ir 56 miljoni kilometru gad\u0101. &#8220;No \u0161\u0101das pieejas ciet\u012bs re\u0123ionos dz\u012bvojo\u0161ie iedz\u012bvot\u0101ji, jo vilcienu t\u012bkls aptver tikai nelielu da\u013cu valsts,&#8221; vi\u0146\u0161 uzsver. Tostarp pied\u0101v\u0101jumu iesniegusi Lietuvas &#8220;Transrevis&#8221;, kuras pied\u0101v\u0101t\u0101 cena ir 1,48 eiro\/km, AS &#8220;Liep\u0101jas autobusu parks&#8221;, kuras pied\u0101v\u0101t\u0101 cena ir 1,6 eiro\/km, l\u012bdz\u0161in\u0113jais p\u0101rvad\u0101t\u0101js AS &#8220;Cata&#8221;, kura pied\u0101v\u0101t\u0101 cena ir 1,67 eiro\/km, k\u0101 ar\u012b SIA &#8220;Daugavpils autobusu parks&#8221;, kura pied\u0101v\u0101t\u0101 l\u012bgumcena ir 1,82 eiro\/km.<\/p>\n<p>Savuk\u0101rt mar\u0161ruta t\u012bkla da\u013c\u0101 &#8220;Sigulda, Limba\u017ei&#8221; sa\u0146emti tr\u012bs pied\u0101v\u0101jumi. Tostarp pied\u0101v\u0101jumu iesniegusi SIA &#8220;VTU Valmiera&#8221;, kuras pied\u0101v\u0101t\u0101 l\u012bgumcena ir 1,37 eiro\/km, &#8220;Liep\u0101jas autobusu parks&#8221;, kura pied\u0101v\u0101t\u0101 l\u012bgumcena ir 1,45 eiro\/km, k\u0101 ar\u012b &#8220;Cata&#8221;, kuras pied\u0101v\u0101t\u0101 l\u012bgumcena ir 1,62 eiro\/km.<\/p>\n<p>Iepirkuma nolikums liecina, ka l\u012bgumus pl\u0101nots sl\u0113gt uz trim gadiem. Savuk\u0101rt pl\u0101not\u0101 kop\u0113j\u0101 l\u012bgumcena veido l\u012bdz 24,953 miljoniem eiro bez pievienot\u0101s v\u0113rt\u012bbas nodok\u013ca (PVN).
