K\u0101 zi\u0146o av\u012bze Diena, \u0161is defic\u012bts veidojies, valsts konsolid\u0113t\u0101 kopbud\u017eeta ie\u0146\u0113mumiem sasniedzot 15,946 miljardus eiro, bet izdevumiem \u2013 16,978 miljardus eiro. FM skaidro, ka izdevumu k\u0101pums pamat\u0101 saist\u0101ms ar:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Valsts pamatbud\u017eeta izdevumu pieaugumu ES fondu un Atvese\u013co\u0161anas fonda projektu \u012bsteno\u0161anai: par 636,6 miljoniem eiro vair\u0101k nek\u0101 pirms gada, kop\u0101 sasniedzot 1,2 miljardus eiro.<\/li>\n<li>Liel\u0101kiem pamatbud\u017eeta izdevumiem aizsardz\u012bbas sektor\u0101: par 222,8 miljoniem eiro vair\u0101k nek\u0101 pirms gada, kop\u0101 veidojot 1,3 miljardus eiro. \u0160ie izdevumi ietver ne tikai pretgaisa aizsardz\u012bbai novirz\u012btos 200 miljonus eiro, bet ar\u012b speci\u0101lo milit\u0101ro transportl\u012bdzek\u013cu ieg\u0101di Nacion\u0101lo bru\u0146oto sp\u0113ku (NBS) vajadz\u012bb\u0101m, k\u0101 ar\u012b aizsardz\u012bbas \u012bpa\u0161uma p\u0101rvald\u012b\u0161anu un b\u016bvniec\u012bbu, \u0146emot v\u0113r\u0101 S\u0113lijas poligona p\u0101r\u0146em\u0161anu. T\u0101pat vair\u0101k izdots NBS un Starptautisko oper\u0101ciju person\u0101lsast\u0101va atalgojumam, palielinoties karav\u012bru skaitam.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Papildus tam, ka valsts pamatbud\u017eets uzr\u0101da defic\u012btu 1,7 miljardu eiro apm\u0113r\u0101 \u0161\u012b gada 11 m\u0113ne\u0161os, valsts speci\u0101laj\u0101 bud\u017eet\u0101, pa\u0161vald\u012bbu bud\u017eet\u0101 un citu atvasin\u0101to publisko personu bud\u017eetos veidojies p\u0101rpalikums attiec\u012bgi 473,6 miljoni eiro, 84,3 miljoni eiro un 98,2 miljoni eiro.<\/p>\n<p>Visp\u0101r\u0113j\u0101s vald\u012bbas bud\u017eeta defic\u012bta prognozes un riski<\/p>\n<p>Atbilsto\u0161i Finan\u0161u ministrijas nov\u0113rt\u0113jumam, \u012bstenojot visas pl\u0101not\u0101s invest\u012bcijas, visp\u0101r\u0113j\u0101s vald\u012bbas bud\u017eeta defic\u012bts 2025. gad\u0101 var\u0113tu sasniegt 2,9% no iek\u0161zemes kopprodukta (IKP). \u0160is r\u0101d\u012bt\u0101js ir atbilsto\u0161s likum\u0101 noteiktajam pie\u013caujamajam l\u012bmenim.
