The NATO Military Committee, the alliance’s highest military body, will meet at the chiefs of defence level in Copenhagen, Denmark, on 18-19 September to discuss follow-up measures from the NATO summit in Ankara, including further military support for Ukraine.<\/p>\n

Details: The NATO Military Committee will discuss support for Ukraine at a chiefs of defence-level conference on 18-19 September in Copenhagen.<\/p>\n
“NATO’s highest military authority, the Military Committee, will meet at the chiefs of defence level from 18 to 19 September 2026, in Copenhagen, Denmark. The Chair of the Military Committee (CMC), Admiral Giuseppe Cavo Dragone, will preside the meeting,” NATO said.<\/p>\n
The meeting will also be attended by Supreme Allied Commander Europe General Alexus Grynkewich and Supreme Allied Commander Transformation Admiral Pierre Vandier.<\/p>\n
“Together, NATO’s senior military leadership will reflect on the follow up from the NATO summit in Ankara, in particular by addressing the further strengthening of the alliance’s collective deterrence and defence, innovation and technology, support for Ukraine,” NATO’s press service said.<\/p>\n
