It follows U.S. intelligence reports that Moscow may try to test NATO’s resolve by launching a limited attack on a member state.<\/p>\n American officials worry that Russian dictator Vladimir Putin, facing setbacks in Ukraine and domestic pressure, could launch an attack likely targeting the Baltic states, according to the WSJ.
