AVROTROS has revealed the four acts that will be competing to represent the Netherlands at the Junior Eurovision Song Contest 2026 in Malta.
In the latest episode of Junior Songfestival 2026, the four acts that will compete in the Dutch national final for Junior Eurovision 2026 were revealed. Nine singers were selected to go through to the live national final, who have been split into four acts: three solo singers and a group of six singers. The acts are:

Maria (9)
Vajèn (13)
Benjamin (12), Saige (12), Lay (11), Catelynn (12), Noud (12) & Zoë (12)
The name of the group will be revealed in the coming weeks alongside the songs that they will be competing with in the final of Junior Songfestival 2026.
The final of the Junior Songfestival 2026 will take place on September 19 at RTM Stage, Rotterdam. As ever four acts will compete in the final of the Dutch selection, with the winner being determined by public voting, jury voting and a children’s jury voting.
Netherlands in the Junior Eurovision Song Contest+
The Netherlands debuted at the first edition of the Junior Eurovision Song Contest in 2003 and is the only country to have taken part in every edition to date. To date, the country has only won the competition once. Their only victory came in 2009, when Ralf Mackenbach performed “Click Clack”, scoring a total of 121 points. This was just 5 points more than runners-up Armenia and Russia. The Netherlands narrowly lost the contest in 2011, when Rachel performed “Teenager”. She missed out on victory by 5 points. The Netherlands’ worst result came in 2021 when Ayana finished in 19th place out of 19 competing countries.
