MEXC said it is exiting the Dutch market and has recommended Bybit EU as an alternative exchange for local users.
Bybit EU said it provides services in the European market under authorization through the European Union’s Markets in Crypto-Assets regulation (MiCA).
MEXC said the timeline for ending its services in the Netherlands and the asset transfer procedures for users will be announced separately.

Cryptocurrency exchange MEXC is exiting the Netherlands and has recommended Bybit EU as an alternative platform for local users. Bybit EU is licensed under the European Union’s Markets in Crypto-Assets regulation, or MiCA.
Cointelegraph reported on Aug. 25 that MEXC had chosen Bybit EU as an option for Dutch users to transfer their assets ahead of the shutdown of its services in the country.
Bybit EU provides services in the European market under its authorization as a crypto-asset service provider under MiCA. MEXC recommended an exchange that meets regulatory requirements for Dutch users during the service migration process.
Details including the timeline for ending MEXC’s services in the Netherlands and procedures for transferring user assets will be announced separately.
