The summer might be coming to an end, but the globetrotting doesn’t have to stop.

It’s time to plan an autumnal European city break — and Eurostar has just launched a flash sale.

One-way tickets to all destinations (that’s Paris, Brussels, Amsterdam, Lille, and Rotterdam) will start at just £35.

The discount is automatically applied online, so you don’t need to faff around with any codes at check out.

But you’ll have to be quick, as the Eurostar flash sale 2026 is only on for five days, between September 9 and September 14 at 22.59pm.

Which destinations can you book tickets to in the Eurostar flash sale?

The sale offers discounted fares for travel to all of the destinations across the Eurostar network.

Therefore, the cities eligible for the £35 single tickets include Paris, Brussels, Lille, Rotterdam, and Amsterdam, but not those slightly afield, such as Cologne and Düsseldorf, for which you’d have to get a connecting train.

A one-way Eurostar ticket to Amsterdam can oftentimes set a customer back upwards of £70, so if the capital has been at the top of your bucket list for a while, now would be a great time to finally plan that trip.

What travel dates do the discounted fares apply to in the Eurostar flash sale?

While the sale went live on September 8, the offer only applies to tickets that run from September 23 and December 16.

Are there any other ways I can get cheap Eurostar tickets?

Eurostar Snap is a spur-of-the-moment service where you can bag leftover tickets based on whatever seats are available last-minute.

You pick travel dates and a time slot (either before or after 1pm to or from London, or 2pm for all other destinations), then Eurostar picks the specific train times, which are sent to you via email 48 hours before travel.

Eurostar can get up to 50% discount, and you can even book tickets for up to three other people – although you’re unlikely to be sat together.

Bookings can only be made up to 14 days before travel on routes to and from London, or up to eight days before on all other routes. Routes include London and Paris, Brussels, Lille, Amsterdam, and Paris and Brussels, Amsterdam and Cologne.

It’s worth bearing in mind, though, but if plans change, you’ll lose out on the cash. Snap tickets are non-exchangeable, non-refundable, non-transferable and non-cancellable.
