Nag-snack kami and mainly family \u2018yung napag-usapan. Karamihan sa mga about sa family is \u2018yung about sa mga anak na ang pinag-usapan namin. Most of the conversation was about the children \u2014 the love for your children, that was the general topic),\u201d Duterte said during an interview in The Hague on May 12.<\/p>\n<p>The Vice President is currently in the Netherlands as her father faces proceedings before the ICC over allegations linked to his administration\u2019s controversial war on drugs.<\/p>\n<p>When asked about the ICC\u2019s release of the names of legal counsels, including lawyer Peter Haynes, Duterte declined to comment extensively and said official announcements should come directly from the international tribunal.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cIiwan na lang natin sa ICC ang mga official announcements sa kaso ni dating Pangulong Rodrigo Duterte kasi kahit ano pa namang sabihin natin dito sa labas, kung hindi \u2018yun order o utos ng ICC ay wala ding katuturan (We will just leave the official announcements on the case of former President Rodrigo Duterte to the ICC because whatever we say outside, if it is not an order or directive from the ICC, it has no meaning),\u201d she said.<\/p>\n<p>Duterte also confirmed that she has not yet met the newly named counsel. \u201cHindi ko na-meet \u2018yung counsel (No, I did not meet the counsel),\u201d she added.<\/p>\n<p>Malaca\u00f1ang Palace earlier confirmed that the Office of the President approved Duterte\u2019s revised foreign travel schedule from May 2 to 15.
