Automotive revenue, NXP\u2019s largest segment, benefited from rising adoption of software-defined vehicles, radar systems, connectivity solutions, and advanced processing platforms. Industrial and IoT revenue also posted strong growth, supported by expanding AI infrastructure, factory automation, and data-center opportunities. As a result, management struck an optimistic tone for the remainder of 2026, citing a strengthening order environment and signs that inventory corrections across automotive and industrial markets are easing.<\/p>\n<p class=\"yf-1fy9kyt\">For the current fiscal year, ending in December, analysts expect NXPI&#8217;s\u00a0EPS to rise 31.2% year over year\u00a0to $13.38. The company\u2019s earnings surprise history is solid. Analyst Tom O\u2019Malley said discussions with management following the company\u2019s earnings report highlighted accelerating growth drivers, including software-defined vehicles (SDV), radar technologies, connectivity solutions, and rising traction for the company\u2019s S32 automotive platform. The analyst also pointed to increasing confidence in NXP\u2019s outlook, with multiple analysts recently revising earnings estimates higher for the upcoming period amid strong momentum in automotive and semiconductor demand.<\/p>\n<p class=\"yf-1fy9kyt\">The mean price target of $299.16 represents a premium of 1.7% from NXPI&#8217;s current levels.
