Morocco’s lot is not an easy one either, as it will face off with the Netherlands, which is tipped to advance with (-160). Still, the game’s odds are quite nice and they allow for some value betting opportunities, even if the Dutch may be poised to pounce into the next round.

Netherlands vs Morocco Odds

MoneylineOddsNetherlands to Advance-160Morocco to Advance+140

333 players claimed the offer this month

Netherlands vs Morocco Date, Where to Watch

Date: June 29, 2026

Time: 9 pm ET

Place: Guadalupe, Mexico

Where to Watch: FOX, FOX One, Fubo

Morocco’s Dark Horse Story to Be Finally Tested

Morocco has had a phenomenal performance so far in the tournament, with the team notably holding its own against Brazil and locking the final score to 1:1 after taking the lead in 21’ thanks to Ismael Saibari.

Saibari similarly struck against Scotland in 2’ and scored against Haiti, backed by Gessime Yassine, Soufiani Rahimi, and Achraf Hakmi, establishing Morocco as one of the stories to watch during the World Cup tournament.

However, the introduction of Round of 32 means that one team’s ambition will be cut short, as the elimination phase will oust one of the squads. Morocco still has pretty good chances to top the Netherlands, either by a lightning-strike counter-attack or a carefully orchestrated systemic dismantling of the team’s defenses.

Whether this will work out, though, depends on a bit of luck, and also the Dutch’s own form. Yet, Morocco fans have every reason to believe that the (+140) odds offered on their team could prove an excellent betting value opportunity.

The Netherlands Come in as the Favorites, They Have a Lot to Prove

The Netherlands have had a strong World Cup so far, with the team drawing against Japan in a highly-anticipated 2-2 game, and routing Sweden in a 5-1 game, and crushing Tunisia for good measure.

The Dutch have not shown any measurable weakness, although they struggled to adapt to Japan’s multi-player style where no individual player is given a priority and everyone from a midfielder to a striker is capable of delivering a goal, making defending against Japan a much trickier task altogether.

The Netherlands will most certainly have the opportunity to pressure Morocco and keep much of the action in the African team, but they again face the likelihood of strong attacks mounted by the squad, and will have to adjust for that.

However, Morocco will also have a much more limited scope to punish the Dutch, as it relies on fewer select forward players as opposed to Japan’s diverse roster.

The Dutch have a good chance to go through Morocco for this one, but it is also possible to see it become a game of attrition where the first team to break and slip eliminated from the World Cup. For our part, we will be backing Morocco!

Pick: Morocco to Win (+140) and Over 2.5 (+120)

[2
365,7866,6,14884,366
post-27253","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","has-post-thumbnail","category-netherlands","tag-fifa-world-cup","tag-morocco","tag-netherlands","tag-picks","tag-sports
["GET
