He will replace Bob Broderdorf, who is taking a medical leave from the company.\u00a0\n      \t  \t\t<\/p>\n<p>Matt VanDyke, a former Ford Motor Co. executive, will lead the Ram truck brand. Both of the new appointees will report to Tim Kuniskis, the former Ram CEO who will retain his title as head of North American brands, marketing and retail strategy.<\/p>\n<p>The leadership changes come amid a broader effort by Filosa to repair Stellantis\u2019 core U.S. business after years of sales declines. While the lucrative Ram truck brand has been rebounding this year, Jeep has struggled to deliver robust gains thus far, despite the launch of a brand new hybrid Jeep Cherokee. <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ttnews.com\/articles\/stellantis-shipments-climb\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\">U.S. deliveries were up\u00a05%<\/a> this year\u00a0through June, driven largely by Ram\u2019s gains.\n      \t\t<\/p>\n<p>In April, Filosa\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.ttnews.com\/articles\/stellantis-hyundai-executive\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\">hired Michael Orange<\/a>, former vice president of national sales for Hyundai Motor America, to take over as head of U.S. sales for Stellantis, replacing another company veteran, Jeff Kommor.<\/p>\n<p>Broderdorf, a company veteran who worked for Fiat, Dodge, Chrysler and Maserati before taking the Jeep CEO role from Filosa in early 2025, said in a\u00a0post\u00a0on LinkedIn that he is taking medical leave after being diagnosed with cancer. Broderdorf will assume a new leadership role when he returns, Stellantis said.<\/p>\n<p>The automaking group will spend some 60 billion euros ($68 billion) through 2030 to launch 60 new models, prioritizing the Jeep, Ram, Peugeot and Fiat brands.
