A Bloomberg News analysis this month found that faulty camera systems have resulted in recalls spanning roughly 21 million cars since the United States mandated the safety systems eight years ago.<\/p>\n<p class=\"TX\">Malfunctions can stem from a variety of underlying faults, including software issues and manufacturing missteps.\n      \t\t<\/p>\n<p class=\"TX\">Stellantis&#8217; latest recall is tied to radio software that could prevent the rearview camera image from appearing on a vehicle&#8217;s media screen.
