Next on the agenda is the B03X, an even more budget-friendly subcompact SUV set to land in European showrooms in autumn 2026.<\/p>\n<p>The B03X\u2019s biggest selling point will almost certainly be its sticker. According to German newspaper <a href=\"https:\/\/www.handelsblatt.com\/mobilitaet\/motor\/elektrisches-suv-so-will-der-leapmotor-b03x-zum-schnaeppchen-werden\/100222665.html\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">Handelsblatt<\/a>, the EV will open at around \u20ac25,000 ($29,400), which would put it well below most European-branded rivals that tend to land closer to the \u20ac30,000 ($35,300) mark.<\/p>\n<p>More: <a href=\"https:\/\/www.carscoops.com\/2026\/04\/vw-id-polo-launch\/\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">VW\u2019s New ID. Polo<\/a> subcompact hatchback starts at \u20ac24,995 ($29,400), while <a href=\"https:\/\/www.carscoops.com\/2026\/03\/2027-vw-id-cross-teased-specs\/\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">the high-riding ID. Cross <\/a>is expected to open from over \u20ac28,000 ($32,900). Other rivals in the crosshairs include the Skoda Epiq, the Renault 4 E-Tech, and Stellantis\u2019 own twins, the Citroen e-C3 Aircross and Opel Frontera Electric.<\/p>\n<p>                <img decoding=\"async\" alt=\"\" class=\"lazy \" src=\"https:\/\/www.europesays.com\/netherlands\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/04\/arrow.png\" data-type=\"inarticle-image\"\/><br \/>\n                <img decoding=\"async\" alt=\"\" class=\"lazy \" src=\"https:\/\/www.europesays.com\/netherlands\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/04\/arrow.png\" data-type=\"inarticle-image\"\/><\/p>\n<p>The <a href=\"https:\/\/www.carscoops.com\/2025\/11\/stellantis-backed-leapmotor-enters-the-small-suv-segment\/\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">Leapmotor B03X was first unveiled in November 2025<\/a> and is already on sale in China under the A10 name. Every version is front-wheel drive, which lines up with most other electric SUVs in this size class.<\/p>\n<p>The numbers read well on paper. CLTC range tops out at 505 km (314 miles), though the WLTP figure that Europe cares about will land lower. <a href=\"https:\/\/www.carscoops.com\/tag\/leapmotor\/\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">Leapmotor<\/a> also claims the battery can recover from 30 to 80 percent in 16 minutes.<\/p>\n<p>                <img decoding=\"async\" alt=\"\" class=\"lazy \" src=\"https:\/\/www.europesays.com\/netherlands\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/04\/arrow.png\" data-type=\"inarticle-image\"\/><br \/>\n                <img decoding=\"async\" alt=\"\" class=\"lazy \" src=\"https:\/\/www.europesays.com\/netherlands\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/04\/arrow.png\" data-type=\"inarticle-image\"\/><\/p>\n<p>On the outside, the 4,270 mm (168.1 inch) long SUV plays it safe with soft curves and styling that won\u2019t turn any heads. The cabin is where it gets more interesting. In <a href=\"https:\/\/www.carscoops.com\/tag\/China\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">China<\/a>, high-spec trims of the SUV come equipped with a LiDAR-based ADAS suite, although we don\u2019t know if those will make it to Europe.<\/p>\n<p>Made In Spain<\/p>\n<p>While the A10 rolls off the line at Leapmotor\u2019s Hangzhou plant in China, the B03X will be built in Spain alongside the European-market B05 hatchback and B10 SUV.
