An 18-year-old has died, and three teenagers were injured, Friday night in a crash in Phoenix, according to Baltimore County police.County police said officers were called around 9:45 p.m. Friday to Poplar Hill and Merrymans Mill roads for a single-vehicle crash.Police said a preliminary investigation indicates the vehicle was traveling south on Poplar Hill Road when it struck a tree.A passenger, Ryan Duvall, 18, died at the scene, police said.
