The Greenville County, South Carolina, coroner\u2019s office<\/a> said<\/a> Monday that authorities responded to a report of a cardiac arrest, where they found Panettiere unresponsive and experiencing cardiac arrest.<\/p>\n Emergency medical services administered \u201cadvanced cardiac life support measures,\u201d but resuscitation efforts were not successful and Panettiere was pronounced dead shortly after 2:30 p.m. on Sunday, according to the coroner\u2019s statement.<\/p>\n Officials completed an autopsy, which found no signs of trauma that would have contributed to her death.<\/p>\n Panettiere\u2019s cause of death remains \u201cpending further investigation and the completion of additional studies,\u201d the coroner\u2019s office said.<\/p>\n What Do We Know About Hayden Panettiere\u2019s Death?<\/p>\n Authorities said they responded to a call reporting a cardiac arrest at approximately 1:51 p.m. on Sunday. Panettiere was found unresponsive at the location, an apartment complex in Greenville, South Carolina, where she was temporarily staying.
