Nvidia (NASDAQ:NVDA<\/a>) is all set to report its fiscal second-quarter earnings on Wednesday evening, with Wall Street looking for another large increase in sales, while attention shifts toward the company’s next-generation Vera Rubin systems and its growing role in financing AI infrastructure. <\/p>\n

Analysts expect earnings of $2.09 per share <\/a>on revenue of about $92.18 billion, which would represent 97% growth from a year earlier. Nvidia has exceeded both earnings and revenue estimates in every quarter over the past two years. <\/p>\n

The stock has gained more than 10% in 2026, trailing the S&P 500’s roughly 12% advance and several semiconductor peers. Investors are also weighing whether heavy AI spending can generate adequate returns as capital commitments continue to rise. <\/p>\n

Nvidia is working with financial firms on plans tied to $500 billion of AI infrastructure development and has agreed to provide more than $100 billion in credit support for an OpenAI data center project in Ohio.
