James Geeratz, de 17-jarige zoon van Chantal Janzen<\/a>, timmert al enige jaren flink aan de weg als muzikant. Zou hij eigenlijk niet ook gewoon moeten deelnemen aan The Voice of Holland<\/a>, dat mede door zijn moeder gepresenteerd wordt? Wij vroegen het haar.<\/p>\n

James bracht vorig jaar, op slechts 16-jarige leeftijd, al zijn eerste single uit: The Scent Of Sweet Memories. <\/p>\n

De muzikale appel valt dus niet ver van de boom, maar wat wil je ook met zo’n multitalent als Chantal Janzen als je moeder. Zou zij haar zoon aanraden om mee te doen aan The Voice<\/a>? ‘Als ik dit niet zou presenteren wel.’ <\/p>\n

Maar nu niet dus? ‘Nee, want die haalt gelijk de finale natuurlijk. Golden ticket’, grapt mede-presentator Edson da Gra\u00e7a<\/a> als wij de twee spreken over het nieuwe seizoen.<\/p>\n

‘Dat moet je niet willen’<\/p>\n

Op zich zou het natuurlijk kunnen, aangezien de coaches geen idee hebben wie er achter ze staat tijdens The Blind Auditions. Maar toch vindt Chantal het geen goed idee: ‘Dat moet je niet willen. Nee. Maar ik zou mijn kind er rustig naartoe sturen.’ <\/p>\n

Wanneer is The Voice of Holland op televisie te zien?<\/p>\n

The Voice of Holland<\/a> zie je iedere vrijdag om 20:00 uur op RTL 4.
