Ze studeert, ze leeft haar leven, en als ze al eens in Nederland opduikt, is het niet voor een koninklijk fotomoment maar om bij rapper Antoon in de auto te stappen. <\/p>\n<p>\u2018Vooruit!\u2019<\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In koninklijke plichten heeft Alexia vooralsnog weinig zin en dat vindt Story-journaliste Justine Marcella heel erg teleurstellend. \u201cNa Amalia is zij tweede in de lijn van troonopvolging\u201d, briest ze in de <a href=\"https:\/\/story.nl\/\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">Story<\/a>. \u201cJuist daarom valt het op hoe weinig zin zij lijkt te hebben in de poespas die bij haar positie hoort.\u201d<\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Die meid staat er altijd bij met tegenzin, aldus Justine. \u201cBij fotosessies is ze er, maar vaak met een blik die zegt: vooruit, vooruit, \u00e9\u00e9n foto dan.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Patroon<\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Alexia ontbrak ook bij het staatsbanket van het Japanse keizerspaar, terwijl prinses Ariane daar w\u00e9l bij was. Officieel is haar studie in Londen altijd het excuus, maar royaltyverslaggever Rick Evers heeft haar in dezelfde periode betrapt in het vliegtuig van Londen naar Amsterdam. Ze was dus wel in ons land.<\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Dan had ze best even kunnen opduiken, vindt Justine. \u201cEen prinses van 21 hoeft niet voortdurend in japon met diadeem door paleizen te schuiven. Maar bij Alexia ontstaat wel een patroon.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>\u2018Jammer!\u2019<\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Als reserve-troonopvolgster heeft Alexia een rol op de achtergrond, weet ook Justine, m\u00e1\u00e1r: \u201cAfstand moet geen afwezigheid worden. De monarchie leeft van zichtbaarheid.\u201d<\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Justine vindt dat Alexia haar bijzondere positie \u2018serieus moet nemen\u2019. \u201cAlexia hoeft geen kopie van Amalia te worden. Maar als tweede in lijn is ze meer dan alleen de vrije zus met een leven in Londen.\u201d<\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Een stil leven in Londen. \u201cJuist die stilte begint steeds luider te spreken.
