Bente Fjelle har en CV som spenner fra vaffelsteking som syvåring til å bli leder for 67 romvertinner på Oslo Plaza allerede som 22-åring. I samtale podkasten diskuterer hun det store faget ledelse, og spesielt skyggesidene ved destruktiv ledelse.

Fjelle understreker at dårlig ledelse ikke automatisk er det samme som streng ledelse, da tydelige rammer ofte er nødvendig.

Som tidligere terapeut har hun også sett konsekvensene av dårlig arbeidsmiljø på nært hold, og hun blir engasjert når temaet dreier inn på varslingssaken i Borg Havn, som fikk henne til å gråte.

Hennes drømmejobb i dag er å gå inn i kaotiske bedrifter for å rydde opp.
