P\u00e5 julaften rykket politiet ut til en gate p\u00e5 Gr\u00fcnerl\u00f8kka etter at flere personer hadde meldt inn om en hardt skadet kvinne.<\/p>\n
Etter \u00e5 ha n\u00f8stet i situasjonen, ble en mann i 30-\u00e5rene p\u00e5grepet, opplyser politiadvokat Aleksander Knygh til Avisa Oslo.<\/p>\n
Mannen er n\u00e5 varetektsfengslet i fire uker med brev- og bes\u00f8ksforbud, siktet for drapsfors\u00f8k og flere andre forhold. Det kommer frem i en kjennelse fra Oslo tingrett fredag.<\/p>\n
Det er en relasjon mellom den siktede mannen og kvinnen.<\/p>\n
\u2013 Det er sterk grad av sannsynlighetsovervekt for at siktede vil benytte seg av muligheten til \u00e5 p\u00e5virke forn\u00e6rmedes forklaring dersom han blir l\u00f8slatt n\u00e5, heter det i kjennelsen.<\/p>\n
Han samtykket til fire uker varetektsfengsling, og saken ble behandlet som s\u00e5kalt kontorforretning, med bare dommeren til stede.<\/p>\n
