Det er det du kan kalle for en totalrehabilitering av en gammel \u00e6rverdig villa, hvor det er revet tilbake til betongskallet, sa Christian Leonthin.<\/p>\n<p class=\"_paragraph_iz5h7_4 _paragraph_7bede_27 layout-component layout-normal layout-padded body-medium\">Eiendommen har et samlet areal p\u00e5 rundt 786 kvadratmeter og ligger p\u00e5 en tomt p\u00e5 over 2.000 kvadratmeter.<\/p>\n<p class=\"_paragraph_iz5h7_4 _paragraph_7bede_27 layout-component layout-normal layout-padded body-medium\">Blant fasilitetene er sv\u00f8mmebasseng, flere terrasser og andel i en tennisbane.<\/p>\n<p>\u2013 Ikke gjort for \u00e5 tjene penger<\/p>\n<p class=\"_paragraph_iz5h7_4 _paragraph_7bede_27 layout-component layout-normal layout-padded body-medium\">Da boligen f\u00f8rst ble lagt ut for salg etter oppussingen, understreket eieren at prosjektet ikke var ment som et investeringsprosjekt.<\/p>\n<p class=\"_paragraph_iz5h7_4 _paragraph_7bede_27 layout-component layout-normal layout-padded body-medium\">\u2013 Dette ble ikke gjort for \u00e5 tjene penger, det ble gjort for \u00e5 bo.
