Leieprisene har g\u00e5tt opp 6,21 prosent mot samme periode i 2024, og snittprisen endte p\u00e5 hele 14.492 kroner per m\u00e5ned.<\/p>\n<p>\u2013 Troms\u00f8 begynner \u00e5 n\u00e6rme seg Oslo-priser, og ligger langt over byer som Trondheim og Bergen. Det er blitt ekstremt dyrt \u00e5 leie der, og det skyldes i stor grad p\u00e5gangen av turister. Mange leiligheter i Troms\u00f8 leies n\u00e5 ut til turister via Airbnb og lignende plattformer.
