Eric Trump, President Donald Trump‘s second son, revealed the first look at a new Trump tower expected to be built in Tbilisi, Georgia.

Eric, 42, shared a rendering of the building on X and it featured a sleek, ultra-modern building rising above other skyscrapers at sunset. The tower itself is shown to be tall and narrow with a gold-toned glass exterior and the name “TRUMP” is displayed at the top.

“I am so excited to share the official rendering of Trump Tower Tbilisi,” the executive vice president of the Trump Organization wrote alongside the photo. “With a prime location, in the heart of Tbilisi, this tower will quickly become a landmark as the tallest building in Georgia. This marks our first project in the region and we are so excited to bring it to life!”

The Trump Organization also shared the same image on its website, describing the new building as “the centerpiece of a dynamic mixed-use destination, bringing together luxury residences, high-end retail, world-class dining, and thoughtfully curated lifestyle amenities.”

Eric’s announcement came as questions continue to swirl over whether the president and his family are benefiting financially from his second term in the White House.

According to a report from Forbes published on May 6, the Trump Organization’s foreign licensing income jumped roughly 650 percent in 2024 and has continued to climb.

The Trump administration and the Trump Organization have denied any wrongdoing and claimed there isn’t any conflict of interest because the former Apprentice host’s business assets are held in a trust overseen by his children.
