The asking price of the \u201cwhisper\u201d listing in Jupiter is around $30 million, sources said.<\/p>\n

The pair dated from 2018 until 2024. They bought the home for $9.7 million in 2021, shortly after President Trump left the White House following the end of his first term.\u00a0<\/p>\n
Trump Jr. \u2014 a father of five with ex-wife Vanessa Trump, who lives nearby \u2014 is engaged<\/a> to Palm Beach socialite Bettina Anderson.\u00a0Guilfoyle, whose first husband was California Gov. Gavin Newsom, shares a son with her second ex-husband, Eric Villency.<\/p>\n \u201cI\u2019m happy for Don.
