Leave it up to Nvidia (NVDA<\/a>) co-founder Jensen Huang to bring some clarity to AI investors at a conference filled with technical mumbo jumbo.<\/p>\n

The news: Nvidia unveiled a PC superchip at its GTC Taipei event that rivals chips from Intel (INTC<\/a>) and AMD (AMD<\/a>), Yahoo Finance tech editor Dan Howley reported<\/a>.<\/p>\n

But several comments from Huang in his keynote also warrant attention, especially as investors continue to witness massive rallies in AI stocks like Micron (MU<\/a>) and Sandisk (SNDK<\/a>). We won\u2019t say these are new thoughts from the always bullish Huang \u2014 more akin to tweaks to prior upbeat comments.<\/p>\n

But they help to explain the unrelenting AI stock rally of 2026, which is partially built on expectations of future potential.<\/p>\n

\u201cThere are going to be so many agents, the world is no longer limited by the number of people. Those agents are going to use more tools than ever,\u201d he said.<\/p>\n

He added, \u201cEvery company will have agents running inside. Every company will see that agents will need its own operating system. Every company is asking us, \u2018How do we run agents safely? How do we build agents for our own workloads?\u2019\u201d<\/p>\n

The analysis: Scores of studies have been released on the economic impact of AI. Some offer insanely positive projections, while others are more subdued. One level-headed snapshot comes from MIT professor Daron Acemoglu.<\/p>\n

Acemoglu estimated that only about 5% of tasks will be profitably performed by AI over the next 10 years, boosting US GDP by 1%. Nearly 20% of all tasks in the US labor market could be replaced or augmented by AI, Acemoglu said.<\/p>\n

AlphaSpace Intel: The surging momentum behind AI in companies could be seen in Nvidia\u2019s sales growth rates. The company\u2019s sales growth has accelerated for three straight quarters as companies clamor for its high-powered AI chips, according to Yahoo Finance AlphaSpace<\/a>.<\/p>\n

Bottom line: Huang\u2019s speech in Taipei hit all the right notes for the bulls. The company continues to innovate at a feverish pace. At the same time, it\u2019s clear AI is only accelerating in terms of use cases and importance to organizations. That goes a long way toward justifying the latest rally in AI stocks and setting the stage for more (perhaps measured) gains in the months ahead.<\/p>\n
