You\u2019ll bump into individual member state interests more, so you have to find a balance,\u201d said an EU diplomat involved in the discussions, granted anonymity to discuss the confidential talks, like others in this article.<\/p>\n<p>Greece has so far <a href=\"https:\/\/www.politico.eu\/article\/eu-russia-oil-price-cap-sanctions-delayed\/\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">refused to support<\/a> the 21st package because of a ban on EU companies shipping Russian liquefied natural gas to third countries.
