That is likely to happen again this year. This last-in-the-nation schedule left new members behind their peers in the scramble for office space, committee positions and staff, while raising other issues that might not be so obvious. \u2014 TELEHEALTH ABORTIONS CASE: Via Stateline<\/a>: \u201c(This week), the U.S. 5th Circuit Court of Appeals will consider Louisiana\u2019s arguments for tightening federal policy around a common abortion and miscarriage drug. The primary target of Louisiana v.
