During his visit, he will hold bilateral discussions with Prime Minister Narendra Modi and also meet President Droupadi Murmu, Vice President C P Radhakrishnan, and External Affairs Minister S Jaishankar. The president will also be travelling to Mumbai to meet with the Governor and Chief Minister of Maharashtra. He will also address students at the University of Mumbai and participate in an India-Finland business event.<\/p>\n
This visit follows a recent trip by Finnish Prime Minister Petteri Orpo in February 2026, highlighting the growing momentum in India-Finland relations.<\/p>\n
China\u2019s two sessions<\/p>\n
In China, the official commencement of the \u201cTwo Sessions\u201d will be held at the Great Hall of the People in Beijing. It is the country\u2019s most significant annual political gathering. The first of the two meetings, the fourth session of the 14th National Committee of the Chinese People\u2019s Political Consultative Conference (CPPCC), is scheduled to open at 3:00 pm on March 4.<\/p>\n
