Eric Trump<\/a>,\u00a0U.S. President Donald Trump’s son, has some advice for\u00a0singer-songwriter Taylor Swift<\/a>. He proposed that Swift could tokenize her next music album.<\/p>\n

Swift’s fans could purchase one token of her album for $50 for “intrinsic ownership forever,” he recommended the benefits of tokenization.<\/p>\n

Eric made the remarks during a recent conversation with CoinDesk<\/a> in which he talked about his father’s crypto policy, real estate tokenization, and the crypto economy.<\/p>\n

Tokenization is the process of leveraging blockchain technology to represent real-world assets (RWA) like real estate, art, Treasury notes, etc., as digital tokens. The process not only tokenizes RWAs but also offers the benefits of fractional ownership and 24\/7 trading.<\/p>\n

Swift has previously endorsed Kamala Harris from the Democratic Party ahead of the 2024 presidential election, to which Donald Trump had\u00a0responded<\/a> in all caps on social media, “I HATE TAYLOR SWIFT!”<\/p>\n

When the show’s host, Jennifer Sanasie, asked Eric if he would consider tokenizing real estate in his portfolio, he said,<\/p>\n

“I won’t tell you right now, but the answer is yes.”<\/p>\n

He added that there is “one specific building” in the tokenization process.<\/p>\n

Billions of people love the Trump family for the luxury offered at their properties and would love to own a piece of it, Eric said. Instead of going to a banking institution, he indicated he could raise money by selling tokens to people interested in owning parts of the building.<\/p>\n

People who could own fractional parts of a Trump Tower in Washington or New York, or Dubai could even get free dinners when they come to stay, he suggested.<\/p>\n

Upon further inquiry, Eric revealed that the tokenization project involves bringing the real estate and the World Liberty Financial<\/a> businesses together. World Liberty Financial is a decentralized finance<\/a> (DeFi) platform co-founded by the Trump family. Eric said tokenization will be at the heart of it.<\/p>\n
