Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu on Saturday ordered the military to strike Lebanon\u2019s Hezbollah hard after what the army said was a string of ceasefire violations.<\/p>\n
\n According to a brief statement from his office, Netanyahu \u201cordered the IDF to forcefully attack Hezbollah targets in Lebanon\u201d, after the military said the
\n Iran-backed group had violated a ceasefire that was extended earlier this week.\n <\/p>\n
Several hours earlier, in several separate statements, the military said it had \u201celiminated more than 15 terrorists in southern Lebanon\u201d, including three who were driving a vehicle \u201cloaded with weapons\u201d.<\/p>\n
It also accused the militants of \u201claunching explosive drones toward IDF soldiers\u201d in the Qantara area that \u201cdetonated\u201d near the troops but caused no injuries.<\/p>\n
