A video<\/a> capturing the moment has gone viral on social media. It shows the President appearing to doze off during the meeting as people addressed him directly.<\/p>\n \u201cAsleep at the wheel,\u201d Newson commented<\/a> under the clip. Another short clip, where Trump appears to begin falling asleep before snapping awake and closing his eyes again, is also widely circulating online. Reacting to that, Newsom wrote<\/a>, \u201cDOZY DON IS BUSY DOZING.\u201d<\/p>\n The \u201cDozy Don\u201d nickname is seemingly a reference to the moniker \u201cSleepy Joe,\u201d which Trump has often used to make fun of Joe Biden in the past. He has frequently criticized the former President for his age on multiple occasions. He has also often stated that Biden is not qualified for the presidency due to his apparent health issues.
