The closing price: $170 million, making it the most expensive sale in Miami-Dade County history. The sellers are Dr. Aaron Rollins, a cosmetic surgeon, and Marine Rollins, a real estate agent; they put the unfinished estate on the market in November with an asking price of $200 million. The sale was first reported by The Wall Street Journal.

The compound, which is expected to be completed this year, sits on 1.8 acres, with 200 feet directly facing Biscayne Bay. The centerpiece, a 27,889-square-foot limestone mansion designed by the architect Ferris Rafauli, will have nine bedrooms, 11 full bathrooms and four powder rooms, along with an elevator.

A representative for Mr. Zuckerberg, the chief executive of Meta, Facebook’s parent company, and Ms. Chan declined to comment. The couple’s primary residence is in Palo Alto, Calif., and they own several other properties around the country. Neither the listing brokers, Jill Hertzberg and Danny Hertzberg of Coldwell Banker Realty, nor the buyers’ broker, Brett Harris of Bespoke Real Estate, would comment on the sale, except to say that it was closed. Both sides cited nondisclosure agreements.

Mr. Zuckerberg is the latest in a string of ultrawealthy buyers drawn to South Florida, many of whom are attracted to the area’s tropical and tax-friendly climate. High-profile residents of the gated Indian Creek community have included Jeff Bezos, Tom Brady, and Ivanka Trump and Jared Kushner.

Listing for Chris Hughes

Chris Hughes, a founder of Facebook along with Mr. Zuckerberg, is selling the Washington, D.C., home that he shares with his husband, the political activist Sean Eldridge. Their asking price is $8.75 million.

The six-bedroom, six-full-and-two-half-bathroom house, which the couple bought in 2021 for $7.8 million, is in Washington’s Kalorama neighborhood, home to former presidents, diplomats and other notable residents.

Built in the early 20th century, the Romanesque Revival-style structure sits on 0.15 acres and has around 8,800 square feet of interior space over three main levels, plus a finished lower level with a gym and a wine cellar. It also comes with an elevator.

The landscaped rear garden features a dining area, a fire pit, a built-in grill station, a pergola and a fountain. Marin Hagen and Sylvia Bergstrom of Coldwell Banker Realty are the listing agents.

Ivana Trump’s Mansion

Ivana Trump’s five-story Manhattan townhouse, where she lived for three decades after her divorce from Donald Trump, has finally sold. The closing price was $14 million, a hefty discount from the $26.5 million initially sought in late 2022, several months after Ms. Trump’s death at the home.

The 20-foot-wide limestone mansion was built in 1879 in the Lenox Hill neighborhood of the Upper East Side, less than a block from Central Park. Measuring 8,725 square feet, it has five bedrooms and five and a half bathrooms, along with a 700-square-foot rear garden.

Ms. Trump bought the house in 1992 from the architect Francois de Menil, financing the purchase with a $2.4 million mortgage, and then undertook major renovations. She adorned the well-proportioned rooms with rococo grandeur, employing lavish finishes and décor including crystal chandeliers, custom paneling, Chinese murals and lots of marble and gold, not to mention leopard print.

Adam D. Modlin of the Modlin Group and Roger Erickson of Douglas Elliman Real Estate handled the listing on behalf of Ms. Trump’s estate. Mr. Modlin also represented the anonymous buyer.

Christian Candy Trades House for Triplex

The British developer Christian Candy and his wife, Emily Crompton-Candy, got $55 million for their grand Manhattan townhouse — well below the $70 million they initially sought, but still above their $48 million purchase price in 2022.

The Beaux-Arts building, with bas-relief carvings gracing the limestone facade, was built in the early 1900s and is a couple of blocks from the Ivana Trump townhouse.

The five-story, 25-foot-wide house has nearly 15,000 square feet, including six bedrooms and 14 bathrooms, eight of them full. The primary suite encompasses the entire third floor and features two en suite bathrooms, a wood-paneled library, a gas fireplace and a large dressing room.

On the lower level is a gym, a sauna, a steam room and a massage room. (Other amenities include a wine cellar, a home office, a laundry room and a tiled dog wash station.) A rooftop terrace has areas for lounging and dining beneath a cedar pergola, a fully equipped kitchen, and views of nearby Central Park. And, yes, there is an elevator.

The listing broker was Adam D. Modlin of the Modlin Group.

The Candys aren’t leaving New York, though. They bought a triplex penthouse on Billionaires’ Row in Midtown last year for $46.9 million.

Mr. Candy and his brother, Nick Candy, were behind the development of One Hyde Park, a luxury residential and retail complex in London

Sean Hannity’s Florida Estate

In his latest real estate move, Sean Hannity, the Fox News television host, has listed his waterfront estate in Manalapan, Fla., for $44.9 million.

Mr. Hannity owns numerous properties around the country. He bought the Florida home, south of Palm Beach, in late 2024 for $23.5 million after selling his estate in Oyster Bay, N.Y., earlier that year.

The Manalapan compound, on just under two acres, fronts both the Atlantic Ocean and the Intracoastal Waterway, and comes with private dockage. It features a nearly 13,000-square-foot, Mediterranean-style mansion, built in 1990, and a guest cottage near the beach, for a total of eight bedrooms and 10 and a half bathrooms.

There is also a pool and several terraces, each providing water views.

Nicholas Malinosky and Jessica Julian of Douglas Elliman are the listing agents.

Justin Baldoni Relocates

The actors Justin Baldoni and his wife, Emily Baldoni, have put their 10-acre estate in Santa Paula, Calif., up for sale, asking $8.8 million. The couple, who reportedly relocated to the Nashville area, bought the property in 2020 for $2.125 million.

Mr. Baldoni recently starred in and directed the film “This Ends With Us,” with Blake Lively and Ms. Baldoni. (Ms. Lively later sued Mr. Baldoni for harassment, retaliation and defamation.)

Built in a Mediterranean style in 2003, the house has around 5,200 square feet, with five bedrooms, four and a half bathrooms, a full gym converted from a garage, and two laundry areas.

Amenities include an outdoor kitchen, a saltwater pool and hot tub, a fire pit, pickleball and basketball courts, an in-ground LED-lit trampoline, a putting green, and a koi pond with a waterfall. Two imported domes — one for yoga and the other for guests — are also on the property.

Lester Cook of Sotheby’s International Realty has the listing.

As Seen on TV and in Film

The Albuquerque house that played the role of Walter White’s residence in the TV series “Breaking Bad” sold for $1.3 million. The 1,910-square-foot house, with four bedrooms and two bathrooms, was first listed in early 2025 for $3.995 million. With no takers, it was removed from the market at the end of the year and re-listed last month at $400,000, sparking a bidding war. Alicia Feil of Keller Williams Realty was the listing agent; her colleague, Ashley Shaffer, represented the buyer.

The Brooklyn penthouse that appeared in the latest Spike Lee movie, “Highest 2 Lowest,” starring Denzel Washington, sold for $16.25 million, below the $17.5 million asking price but still one of the most expensive sales in borough history. The 4,928-square-foot apartment, on the 32nd floor of the Olympia Dumbo condominium, has five bedrooms, four and a half bathrooms, and a home office, plus a 552-square-foot terrace.

The listing agents from Douglas Elliman are Jessica Peters, Carl Ekroth, Fredrick Eklund and John Gomes, and from Sotheby’s, Casey Heyman and Karen Heyman.

A Quick Update

The Los Angeles compound where the filmmaker David Lynch lived and worked for more than three decades sold for $13 million — below the $15 million asking price from six months ago. The buyer is unknown. The property is on a nearly 2.5-acre hillside enclave in Hollywood Hills, and includes five main structures, totaling around 11,000 square feet, with a combined 10 bedrooms and 11 bathrooms. Mr. Lynch died in January 2025.

South Florida Compound Sold For several weeks, Mark Zuckerberg and his wife, Priscilla Chan, have been spotted house…

[154
28240,28230,27918,28234,8293,7311,25007,28233,28236,11053,28231,28237,28235,28241,28238,24261,618,5380,27919,27917,28239,28232,74,8345,1159
0":"post-44518","1":"post","2":"type-post","3":"status-publish","4":"format-standard","5":"has-post-thumbnail","7":"category-mark-zuckerberg","8":"tag-albuquerque-nm","9":"tag-baldoni","10":"tag-chan","11":"tag-chris-1983","12":"tag-david","13":"tag-hannity","14":"tag-high-net-worth-individuals","15":"tag-hughes","16":"tag-indian-creek-fla","17":"tag-ivana","18":"tag-justin","19":"tag-lenox-hill-manhattan","20":"tag-lynch","21":"tag-manalapan-fla","22":"tag-manhattan-nyc","23":"tag-mark-e","24":"tag-mark-zuckerberg","25":"tag-ny","26":"tag-priscilla","27":"tag-real-estate-and-housing-residential","28":"tag-santa-paula-calif","29":"tag-sean","30":"tag-trump","31":"tag-washington-dc","32":"tag-zuckerberg
["GET
