Foundation Future Industries, a robotics startup backed by Eric Trump, President Donald Trump\u2019s<\/a> son, has secured a multimillion-dollar defense contract from the Pentagon.<\/p>\n The Silicon Valley startup, which is reportedly developing its \u201cPhantom\u201d humanoid robot with the Marine Corps, has received a $24 million contract to test it (via Fox Business<\/a>).<\/p>\n \u201cWe are America first. We have to win this race,\u201d Eric Trump said about this, \u201cWe better be winning this race in the United States of America. We\u2019re the greatest economy in the world.\u201d<\/p>\n Several Democratic leaders criticized the deal, raising concerns about potential conflicts of interest. Elizabeth Warren reacted to the development in a post. She wrote on her X<\/a>, \u201cEric Trump went on FOX to brag about winning ANOTHER multimillion-dollar contract from the Trump administration. I\u2019ve been sounding the alarm and pushing for answers.\u201d She added, \u201cIs the Pentagon just a cash machine for Trump\u2019s kids now This looks like corruption in plain sight.\u201d<\/p>\n \u201cYou can\u2019t make this stuff up.
