Nadella’s sharpest line landed like a shot across Silicon Valley: “If you’re a model company, you may have a winner’s curse\u2026 it’s one copy away from being commoditized.”<\/p>\n
Nadella’s point wasn’t just a casual comment \u2014 he was saying the real value in AI won’t sit with any one breakthrough model. Instead, it will sit with the basic systems that make those models actually work: identity, storage, security, databases, and the tools companies use every day. <\/p>\n
