Eric Trump<\/a> appears to have been quietly removed from the leadership of a financial technology company tied to the Trump family\u2019s cryptocurrency firm, World Liberty Financial Inc., according to reports.<\/p>\n Alt5 \u2014 a company<\/a> that provides \u201cinfrastructure that enables banks, fintechs, and institutions to trade, transact, and settle digital assets with confidence\u201d \u2014 said in a prior company update<\/a> that President Donald Trump<\/a>\u2019s son joined \u201cas a Board member, broadening ALT5\u2019s access to new networks and markets.\u200d\u201d<\/p>\n However, Bloomberg<\/a> reported on Thursday, April 30, that the 42-year-old\u2019s name was removed from the leadership page of its website.<\/p>\n According to the news organization, Eric\u2019s name was listed on the company\u2019s site<\/a> as recently as March.<\/p>\n The Daily Beast<\/a> said that a World Liberty spokesman did not address Eric\u2019s status at Alt5, but called the father of two \u201ca highly visible and active co-founder at World Liberty Financial.\u201d<\/p>\n Bloomberg reported that Eric\u2019s position at the fintech company<\/a> has changed in the past.<\/p>\n Eric appears to have made no mention of the recent reports on his social media accounts.
