For now, it will supply chargers made in Barcelona for Slate Auto&#8217;s facilities in Indiana, although the two companies &#8220;are exploring new collaboration opportunities,&#8221; Wallbox reported in a statement this Thursday.<\/p>\n<p>The company&#8217;s president, Enric Asunci\u00f3n, has argued that the agreement &#8220;opens the doors to a long-term manufacturer.&#8221; He is confident that the pact will help them &#8220;focus&#8221; efforts on markets where they can maximize the profitability of their activity, just after having completed the creditors&#8217; adhesion to the<a href=\"https:\/\/en.ara.cat\/economy\/wallbox-agrees-to-refinance-170-million-of-debt-until-2030-and-22-5-million-capital-injection_1_5579512.html\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">agreement to restructure 90% of its debt<\/a>, 169.5 million. Wallbox landed in the United States four years ago, where it has a 12,000 square meter factory where it has already produced 150,000 chargers.<\/p>\n<p>The Catalan company closed 2025 with <a href=\"https:\/\/en.ara.cat\/economy\/wallbox-cuts-losses-in-2025-but-reduces-revenue_1_5667949.html\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">103 million euros in losses<\/a>, despite having reduced them by 32% compared to the previous year.
