That was in line with the 19% growth that Google also saw in Search.<\/p>\n<p>That jump for subscriptions was primarily driven by YouTube and Google One, the company said.<\/p>\n<p>Speaking on the company&#8217;s Q1 earnings call, Google&#8217;s chief financial officer, Anat Ashkenazi, said Google One subscriptions &#8220;benefited from increased demand for AI plans.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>Google One gives paying users access to Google&#8217;s frontier models and more advanced AI features, including better image models and more creative AI tools.<\/p>\n<p>The company said paid monthly active users for the enterprise version of Gemini, its flagship AI model, grew 40% quarter on quarter. <\/p>\n<p>Google has been drawing more attention to its subscription business <a target=\"_self\" class=\"\" href=\"https:\/\/www.businessinsider.com\/google-fast-growing-new-business-subscriptions-2024-9\" data-track-click=\"{&quot;element_name&quot;:&quot;body_link&quot;,&quot;event&quot;:&quot;tout_click&quot;,&quot;index&quot;:&quot;bi_value_unassigned&quot;,&quot;product_field&quot;:&quot;bi_value_unassigned&quot;}\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\">in recent years<\/a>.
