A stunning Miami Beach<\/a> apartment in the luxury condo building where Ivanka Trump and Jared Kushner<\/a> used to live has hit the market for the sky-high price of $27 million\u2014just a few weeks before reports emerged that the president’s son-in-law will lead a $55 billion buyout of EA Sports.<\/p>\n

According to CNN<\/a>, 44-year-old Kushner’s\u00a0Affinity Partners has joined forces with Saudi Arabia\u2019s Public Investment Fund and Silver Lake to take the company behind hit video games like “Madden NFL” and “The Sims” private. <\/p>\n

Shareholders will be paid $210 per share\u2014which makes this the largest buyout on record. <\/p>\n

In a statement, Kushner, who resides in a $24 million Miami<\/a> mansion with Trump, 43, and their three children, said that he has long been a fan of EA’s “ability to create iconic, lasting experiences.”<\/p>\n

“And \u200bas \u200bsomeone \u200bwho \u200bgrew up playing their \u200bgames\u2014and now enjoys them with his \u200bkids\u2014I couldn\u2019t be \u200bmore \u200bexcited about \u200bwhat\u2019s \u200bahead,” he continued. <\/p>\n

It marks the latest in a line of significant investments made by Trump and Kushner in the years since they moved out of their Miami condo and into their custom abode on Indian Creek Island, also known as “Billionaire Bunker.” <\/p>\n

In June, it was revealed that the couple were pouring $1.4 billion to turn an abandoned Soviet weapons base in Albania into a luxury beach resort.<\/p>\n

Certainly Trump and Kushner have ample experience in luxury real estate, courtesy of their own families’ long history in property development\u2014and their own impressive portfolio. <\/p>\n

A glimpse into the latter was revealed when an apartment unit inside their former condo building in Miami came onto the market, offering a sneak peek into the lavish lifestyle that the family enjoyed while living there. <\/p>\n

The “breathtaking” unit<\/a> with 5,200 square feet of living space, including four bedrooms, offers “sweeping, unobstructed ocean views” as well as top-of-the-line design details, including travertine surfaces and white oak floors.<\/p>\n

The “masterpiece” apartment also offers exceptional privacy and security, featuring a private biometric elevator that “welcomes you into a sanctuary of craftsmanship.”<\/p>\n

Perhaps the most impressive aspect of the unit is the building in which it is located\u2014where Trump, 43, and Kushner<\/a> lived with their three children while waiting for their enormous Indian Creek Island megamansion to be completed.<\/p>\n

“Having sold Arte Surfside from its inception, I can say it was truly a pioneer in bringing the highest level of architecture and design to private oceanfront living in Surfside,” Compass agent Miltiadis Kastanis, who is co-listing the property with Pablo Alfaro, tells Realtor.com\u00ae<\/a>.<\/p>\n

“The development seamlessly blends striking architectural style, complete privacy, and an unmatched caliber of service elements that are rare and often hard to replicate. This combination has consistently drawn the world\u2019s most discerning and privileged residents. <\/p>\n

“Arte remains one of South Florida<\/a>\u2019s most in-demand condominium properties because it has stayed true to its vision, maintaining the same integrity and excellence from conception through delivery and beyond.\u201d<\/p>\n

Arte Surfside provides its residents, which include owners and renters, with a premiere living experience, featuring just 16 units across 12 floors, including two penthouses, one of which was home to Trump and Kushner for several years.<\/p>\n

The building features an array of “world-class amenities,” including rooftop tennis courts, heated indoor and outdoor pools, direct access to a private beach, and a personalized concierge service that caters to the needs of all its residents.<\/p>\n

There is also a fitness center, yoga studio, pet runway, and children’s playroom.<\/p>\n

After her father’s first term as president came to an end in January 2021, Trump and Kushner relocated to Florida from Washington, DC. They lived at Arte Surfside from 2021 until November 2023, when construction was finally completed on their extraordinary “Billionaire Bunker” abode.<\/p>\n

The couple carried out extensive work on the property\u2014razing the existing six-bedroom, 8.5-bathroom estate to the ground, before building a brand new megamansion, which is located on the same exclusive enclave where Tom Brady and Jeff Bezos both own homes.\u00a0<\/p>\n

Trump and Kushner purchased their compound from\u00a0billionaire Alex Meruelo and his wife, Liset, for $24 million in April 2021, according to records. They are understood to have spent millions more on building their new dwelling.<\/p>\n

While they were waiting for construction to be completed, Arte Surfside provided them with ideal proximity to their mansion, which is just a 17-minute walk from the condo building.<\/p>\n

Arte Surfside was thrust into the spotlight during their residency of the penthouse property, with paparazzi photos regularly showing Trump leaving the building to attend a workout class or go to a nearby restaurant.<\/p>\n

The political heiress and mother of three was also frequently snapped outside on the balcony of the dwelling\u2014prompting her to install special privacy glass around the exterior portion of the apartment in a bid to deter prying eyes.<\/p>\n

After Trump and Kushner moved out, the penthouse apartment was sold for the very impressive price of $17 million.<\/p>\n

As for the couple’s new abode, it was described in its original listing as a “magnificent, remodeled neoclassical masterpiece.”<\/p>\n

However, the couple’s plans for the property shed much of its neoclassical charm, making way for a modern and lavish look.<\/p>\n

The exterior was given a coat of gleaming white paint, and edgy black trim replaced the wooden accents on the facade.<\/p>\n

Glimpses of the interior, which Trump has shared on Instagram, reveal an equally modern transformation, with a more industrial vibe replacing the classic design elements.<\/p>\n

However, some of the bones of the original structure remain, including the 26-foot-high ceilings, the open living areas, and the opulent double staircase.<\/p>\n

The couple also retained the large water feature at the front of the property. In the lavish backyard, they ripped out and then reinstalled the swimming pool.<\/p>\n

According to the plans that were released by Miami-Dade County, the couple installed a chef’s kitchen next to the dining room and outfitted the primary suite with double closets and a beautiful spa bathroom.<\/p>\n

The pool cabana out back was also given a total makeover, which saw a sauna, steam room, and cold plunge pool installed.<\/p>\n
