Eric, 42, shared a rendering of the building on X<\/a> and it featured a sleek, ultra-modern building rising above other skyscrapers at sunset. The tower itself is shown to be tall and narrow with a gold-toned glass exterior and the name \u201cTRUMP\u201d is displayed at the top.<\/p>\n

\u201cI am so excited to share the official rendering of Trump Tower Tbilisi,\u201d the executive vice president of the Trump Organization<\/a> wrote alongside the photo. \u201cWith a prime location, in the heart of Tbilisi, this tower will quickly become a landmark as the tallest building in Georgia. This marks our first project in the region and we are so excited to bring it to life!\u201d<\/p>\n

The Trump Organization also shared the same image on its website<\/a>, describing the new building as \u201cthe centerpiece of a dynamic mixed-use destination, bringing together luxury residences, high-end retail, world-class dining, and thoughtfully curated lifestyle amenities.\u201d<\/p>\n

Eric\u2019s announcement came as questions continue to swirl over whether the president and his family are benefiting financially from his second term in the White House.<\/a><\/p>\n

According to a report from Forbes<\/a> published on May 6, the Trump Organization\u2019s foreign licensing income jumped roughly 650 percent in 2024 and has continued to climb.<\/p>\n

The Trump administration and the Trump Organization have denied any wrongdoing and claimed there isn\u2019t any conflict of interest because the former Apprentice host\u2019s business assets are held in a trust overseen by his children.<\/p>\n
