However, while some praised the pictures and also extended their warm wishes to the teenager, some social media users criticized Trump Jr. for his post as they found it inappropriate for him to share pictures of his daughter in a bikini.<\/p>\n
One of the pictures included Trump Jr. posing with Kai, who could be seen wearing a red prom dress.<\/p>\n
Trump Jr. also shared images of Kai as a kid, where she was pictured in candid moments with him.<\/p>\n
In two of the pictures, she could be seen posing with her grandparents, President Donald Trump and the late Ivanna Trump.<\/p>\n
Trump Jr. also included a throwback family picture, which featured Kai\u2019s siblings and her mother, Vanessa Trump.<\/p>\n

Some of the pictures of the teenager featured her wearing a bikini on what looked like a family vacation, drawing reactions on social media.<\/p>\n

The pictures upset some social media users. One Instagram user wrote, \u201cYou post the first pics of her in a string bikini.\u201d<\/p>\n

An individual commented, \u201cInsane post given the political climate you guys have created. Do you think you\u2019re popular or just don’t care about exposing your family to vitriol?”<\/p>\n
This was in reference to the president’s involvement in the Iran war, which has allegedly led to a vulnerable financial and political climate in the U.S.<\/p>\n
Taking a jibe at the Trump family, one user stated, \u201cGlad the Trump family and @donaldjtrumpjr are enjoying their wealth while the majority of Americans struggle.”<\/p>\n
The pictures posted by Trump Jr. of his daughter in a bikini garnered significant backlash, considering Kai has herself refrained from sharing similar pictures on her social media accounts.<\/p>\n
