The first family of the United States may officially have a new member as early as this weekend, according to reports.<\/p>\n
President Donald Trump<\/a>‘s eldest son, Donald Trump Jr.<\/a>, 48, announced his engagement<\/a> to Palm Beach socialite Bettina Anderson, 37, in late 2025, after about a year of dating. While the pair didn’t publicly set a date at the time, several reports from Page Six<\/a>, People<\/a>, the Daily Beast<\/a> and the Daily Mail<\/a> have since said the couple could be married as early as Memorial Day weekend.<\/p>\n The couple was first spotted together in 2024, shortly after Trump Jr.’s split from Fox News host and U.S. Ambassador to Greece\u00a0Kimberly Guilfoyle. This would be his second marriage; the first to Vanessa Trump ended back in 2018.<\/p>\n The couple has yet to formally announce their wedding plans. Harry Loy Anderson Jr. also had three other daughters and two sons, according to his\u00a0obituary in the Palm Beach Daily News<\/a>, part of the USA TODAY Network.<\/p>\n Bettina Anderson went to Columbia University and lived in New York for a few extra years, she said in a\u00a0March 2024 podcast<\/a>\u00a0appearance. She started a\u00a0nonprofit with her brothers<\/a>, and her LinkedIn lists her current job as the executive director of\u00a0Paradise.ngo<\/a>. She also helps lead the Project Paradise Film Fund, which helps fund conservation stories, the website states.<\/p>\n Trump Jr.’s relationships before his engagement to Anderson<\/p>\n Donald Trump Jr.<\/a>\u00a0was previously married to former model Vanessa Trump from 2005 to 2018. They have five children, including rising golf star\u00a0Kai Trump<\/a>.
