But the EPP has remained vague about whether they committed to any such deal.<\/p>\n<p>The S&amp;D hasn\u2019t yet pushed a candidate to replace Metsola \u2014\u00a0a fact that hasn\u2019t escaped some of the party\u2019s own allies.
