The acquisition price represents a 24% premium to Taylor Morrison\u2019s latest closing price of $58.50 on May 29, 2026. The transaction is expected to close in the second half of 2026, subject to customary closing conditions, including approval by Taylor Morrison stockholders and receipt of required regulatory approvals.
