Under the contract, ISS will be responsible for the building’s maintenance, including its HVAC and BMS systems. Its work will also include optimising the building’s systems and carrying out routine inspections. The service also covers the building’s electrical, plumbing and fire safety systems, including low-voltage installations.

An ISS team will be based in the building to respond to tenant requests, coordinate external contractors and support the building’s day-to-day operation.

This allows us to respond quickly to occupiers’ needs and maintain a high technical standard across the building.
Maria Uchwat, senior property manager at CBRE

The on-site team will also be supported by ISS’s Technical Excellence department, which provides expertise in energy efficiency, maintenance planning and performance monitoring.

Owners of modern office buildings expect a partner that not only responds to requests but also takes a proactive approach and identifies opportunities for optimisation. At Axis, we combine a dedicated on-site team with ISS’s engineering expertise.
Piotr Stelmach, head of bid management & commercial excellence at ISS

Maintenance work will be scheduled flexibly, including outside normal working hours, to minimise disruption to tenants.
