Logfret has regional management centres in, among others, Paris, New York and Singapore, and in Poland operates in Warsaw, Krak\u00f3w, Katowice and Gdynia.<\/p>\n

The decision to lease modern warehouse space at SEGRO Logistics Park Warsaw, Nadarzyn is a natural step towards further development of our contract logistics services and diversification of our operations in the Polish market. The new location will allow us to increase operational efficiency and respond even better to clients\u2019 needs in comprehensive supply chain management.<\/p>\n

Logfret Poland Sp. z o.o. has leased a total of approximately 4,900 sq m at SEGRO Logistics Park Warsaw, Nadarzyn. Around 4,600 sq m is warehouse space, while office and social areas will account for approximately 290 sq m.<\/p>\n

New facility to support logistics operations

Logfret is taking over modern warehouse space fully adapted to its needs, supporting its long-term growth plans. SEGRO Logistics Park Warsaw, Nadarzyn is a modern Class A warehouse complex located 5 km from Warsaw\u2019s city limits, directly adjacent to the S8 expressway and near the Paszk\u00f3w junction, which connects the region\u2019s main transport routes. The park offers more than 150,000 sq m of warehouse and production space, extensive manoeuvring yards, modern security systems and full infrastructure supporting logistics operations, while the buildings are BREEAM-certified. The location ensures quick access to Warsaw\u2019s cargo airport, the A2 motorway and key national routes.<\/p>\n
